Co-founding "Let Us Make Man" underscores Reverend Rice's commitment to empowering the Black community, particularly Black men. Reverend Rice's educational background is a testament to his pursuit of excellence. His Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehouse College and his Master of Divinity degree with dual concentrations and honors from the Interdenominational Theological Center reflect his dedication to intellectual and spiritual growth.

In addition to his pastoral and community roles, Reverend Rice has taken on influential positions in the public sector. As the Director of Community Engagement in the City of Atlanta Mayor's Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, he plays a pivotal role in advancing social justice and equity within the city.

His recent appointment as the Director of the Lutheran Theological Center in Atlanta further showcases his commitment to theological education and spiritual growth. In this role, he emphasizes African Descent pedagogies and the development of leaders and communities within the African Descent diaspora, ensuring that the legacy of African heritage and spirituality continues to thrive.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Reverend Rice is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and the Prince Hall Masonic Order.
